The Home Heart Care Advantage

Home Heart Care was born from a simple observation both in hospital and in the community - limited or delayed access to quality healthcare. Accessibility to healthcare has become increasingly difficult for your average Ontario resident due to hospital wait times, lack of diagnostic facilities, transportation limitations and poor quality services in the community. As a result, the aging population in particular tend to present to the hospital with advanced medical conditions, which to some extent, we aim to try and reduce.  Home Heart Care will strive to limit these occurrences by offering convenient and accessible community based cardiology testing with a focus to expand to other speciality services. Both mobile testing and clinic testing are available for many of the cardiology tests.
